1) HaYaNa Muslima will only entertain Serious Buyer and all items are based on first come first serve basis.  

2) The color of items may slightly be different from the actual due to the lighting.

3) Currently HaYaNa Muslima will not entertain any pre order for our products.

4) The price shown for each item does not include postage fees, unless stated otherwise.

5) Payment method is via bank/fund transfer only. We accept:

6) The maximum period for reservation is 2 days. Otherwise, the items will be sold to the next person in the waiting list (if any) without prior notice & if you've made your payment, your money will be fully refunded.

7) Those who go missing in action without prior notice after placing your order or cancelling your order after 2 days from our confirmation email will be blacklisted.

8) Items sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.

9) For exchange policy of damage/wrong item:
- It can be exchanged subjected to the stock availability & it should reach us within 4 working days using Pos Laju only.
- However, the return shipping fee should be borne by the buyer & later it will be credited into your account to be used on the next purchase.
- The damage/wrong item should be exchanged with the same item (size & colour).
- In case of the item is not available, we'll not refund the money but the price spent on the item will be credited in your account to be used on the next purchase.

10) Shipping and handling cost is based on item's quantity. All delivery charges can be referred HERE.

11) Items will be sent through Pos Laju only. International shipping will be done through Registered Mail.

12) Please allow 3-7 days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays).

13) We will not be responsible for any damage/loss of items during shipment.

14) We have the right to refuse overdemanding & rude customers.

15) We have the right to change or amend the T&C without prior notice.
